Default Eat your hearts out

My nephew, who just turned 14, just passed the ServSafe Manager's test.

Earlier this summer he placed 2nd in BBQ contest that had lots of backyard guys and 5 or more KCBS teams.

Boy has some skills so watch out.

(Of course I am bragging)

Congrats, way to suck him onto the treadmill of food service

I hope he continues to do well
me: I don't drink anymore

Yelonutz: me either, but, then again, I don't drink any less

Great! Tell him to get a business degree, when he burns out
in restaurant work, he can either open his own
place, or get another business related job, which
might be outside of food service.

The youth of today will carry on the traditions of BBQ in the future.

Congratulations, Sounds like he is off to a great start.
