1. I'll bring the meat to your house
2. You make it SPECTACULAR like you did here
3. We just need someone to do the dishes. Any volunteers?
You're on, Shane!

There won't be many dishes, so no worries about that.

Thanks for the shout out on the product Moose! The Cattleman's Grill Original Cowboy rub is amazing. The Smoky Chipotle Coffee Rub is my favorite of the three CG coffee rubs, especially when paired with the Sweetwater Spice Ancho Chipotle Marinade (you can imagine that everything I do is with off the shelf products these days).

Great looking cook too... My mouth is watering and it's only 10am!

What are you thinking? Are you trying to start a fight? I could see myself hanging on to the bone and not letting go. Big Mista trying to pry it out of my hands. GTR pushing me into the pool. the dogs getting involved.

Great colour and what a great looking product!

Moose, can you just tell us what it was inside, rare or medium etc?
What do you usually cook ribeyes to?

Bucc,

It was slightly on the rarer side of medium rare for the most part, although some of the outer edges were a light medium.

I thought it was pretty obvious what "Us" meant... Moose + Hot Beefcake ="Us" right?

Well done bro! I keep meaning to order some beefy treats from Snake River...
Only time I've enjoyed a cut that looked that good was when Jonny Rotisserie treated Ribolator and I to a 28oz cowboy cut prime rib at FishBones in Orlando a few years back... it's easy to eat the whole thing without lookin' back!
