Default Smoke in the wind



Smoked a four butts today with hickory. 275 degrees for 8 hours. Rubbed last night with plowboys yardbird rub and let sit overnight. Despite the crazy 40 mph wind all, the Rebel smoker help temp near perfect with the IQ120. Results, nice rich flavor with a great bark.
