Default Saturday Briskit

Spent the day Saturday tending to the kettle

https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-O...-43-39_712.jpg

Picked this up Friday, trimmed injected and rubbed in the fridge overnight

https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-f...-09-01_573.jpg

On the kettle by 6:am

https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-p...-03-03_524.jpg

3 hours in first mopping and still drinking water

https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-k...-01-24_481.jpg

5 hours and second mop means it must be 5:00 somewhere time for a Bud

https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-E...-20-04_525.jpg

12 hours later the finished product

https://lh4.googleusercontent.com/-U...8-29-41_20.jpg

Just had showoff the smoke ring

Served with slaw and baked beans in bacon bowls

Purdy!

More proof positive that a kettle is the most versatile, top-performing equipment made.

I was wondering the same thing about the eggs. Nice job on the brisket.
