Been smoking / grill meals every other day this week. Will probably just do some burgers tomorrow. Sunday, I think I'll make Carnitas, but I do those on the stove...

Inaugural run for 2014 (I know, sad, right?).

6 full racks of baby backs on the Brinkmann. It's tight on 15" grates but they all fit if you cut and use rib racks.

Don't knock me for the baby backs; I'm still a novice and didn't know until recently I can St. Louis Style cut spare ribs. Next run...

Picking up UDS drums Monday so 2nd run in a couple weeks; hopefully.
I have much to learn.

1 pork shoulder about 20 lbs it has been smoking for 7 h thus far. Now i'm going to sleep and I'll see her tomorrow morning

I've been up to my eyeballs in tax papers for the last few weeks. Just finished everything up today.
Think I'll build a nice fire, throw any "extra" paperwork into it, and roast some meat on a stick. Doesn't even matter what kind of meat. lol
Dang that would feel good.
