Default Pulled Pork & Pancakes

Saw this and had to share it. Chicken & waffles works. This sounds amazing!

Leftover pulled pork on pancakes is a standard breakfast item at our house. Some people like it with syrup, some like it with BBQ sauce. Either way, it's awesome. To me, it's a lot like having bacon, only much better.
