Default Double Cheese Brisket Burger, Lots Of PRON!!!

I made this burger as an entry for the "Farking Double Cheeseburger" and the "Get Down With the Ground!"Throwdown.

I started with a prime brisket and cut off the flat to grind into hamburger meat.
(It was cheaper then hamburger meat at the grocery store and what the heck its prime).

Cut it up into small chunks and ground it up in the kitchen aid.

I seasoned the brisket with soy sauce and SM Peppered Cow.

Cooked up TWO HUGE Brisket Patties on the weber kettle with lots of CHEESE (American & Jalapeño White Chedder).

Time to make my BUNS for this MONSTER BRISKET BURGER.

I added red onion and tomatoes to complement this glorious beast of a burger.
Sea salt and black pepper kettle chips and a PINT OF BODDINGTONS PUB ALE to wash it down.

Just in case you were wondering what happened to the rest of the brisket..

This was smoked in my 50 year old Kamado seasoned with kosher salt, corse black pepper and granulated garlic.

Thanks for looking Brethren!

I'm seriously drooling now Ray! That is an outstanding burget and love all that cheese on 'em. Since we're getting these Prime briskets at this price I think that is my next meal to be made.

Great job on all counts!!

I think an artery just hardened looking at that and I really don't care...

But, isn't it kind of sacrilege to use a prime brisket to make hamburger?
