Wow those ribs look good.. nice job glazing them. I love Sweet Baby Ray's on mine as well :)

Really juicy ribs! I think I am gonna try leaving the membrane on one day :)

Looking forward to seeing your sliced roast tomorrow after it has cooled. :)

Used to make my own sauce til I discovered SBR...tastes close enough to make me lazy. Love the Sweet & Spicy for pulled, Honey for chicken and Hickory Brown Sugar for ribs...hell...I love 'em all.

Rufus Teague Touch 'o Heat ain't bad either. Have some RT Blazin' Hot, Honey Sweet and Whiskey Maple that I haven't tried yet.

Yep yep. I laugh when I walk by the deli section of a grocery store and see people buying roast beef at upwards of $10 per pound. Bunch of silly folks

Well I didnt get it sliced up today, had a looong day.

I figured out I better not show up here tonight without some sliced pics, so I got out a sharp knife to show off some of my knife skills...

And my little smoke ring.

This turned out great. Melt in your mouth tender.

No more store bought roast beef for this guy.
