Well that is one very nice burger Jed.

Looks like I need to make a burger out of a squirrel now if I have a chance at winning the TD.

It's a Bosch brand mixer/slicer/grinder all in one. Good for small batches not really for large grinds in excess of 5 lbs or so!

The bun was from a batch I made earlier in the week. Whole wheat flour, yeast, and salt. French bread dough but I didn't let it proof as long as I do for bread loaves.
