Thanks for the bump as I missed it. Looks great. I was taught to add a splash of lemon juice to my salad mixes. Adds a little freshness to it.

I hope I can say this on this forum: I don't particularly care for smoked chicken. I prefer beef and pork. HOWEVER, I can definitely say that a smoked chicken salad sounds delicious. Thanks for the suggestion!

And a smoked chicken salad panini? Oh yeah.

Looks great John! Chicken salad is one of those things that deli's screw up a lot. They think everyone wants chunks of apple. I don't! Nicely done!
