Default Stainless Steel cooking chamber

My new smoker build is going to begin next Tuesday. I need to make the final decision on options and need some advice. Anybody have an insulated cabinet smoker with a SS cooking chamber? It's the good 304 ss that a magnet won't stick to. Will it hold temps better and last that much longer than regular 16g steel? Another option is an electric heating element. Other than pre-heating the cook chamber I don't know if it would get much use. I don't have any interest in the pellet or gravity feed options. It's an Abe's 48" if that makes any difference.

I hope somebody does. It's an extra $200. If nobody responds I doubt that I will add it. Kind of an expensive experiment.

I don't have a SS cabinet smoker but i know all stainless makes a heck of a cooker. My Jumbo mini is stainless and it can get HOT and retain heat like no other for a non insulated smoker even though i have insulation for it. I can get over 500* in sub zero weather and long cooks.
