Hall of fame donors is a great idea. For locals I would suggest: Most restaurants have a "soft" opening where a select group come in and dine days before the actual opening.
My suggestion is have a seating for two for $400-500.

We like the wall of fame idea and are working on the numbers. should be up tomorrow. In the meantime, go back by and check out the video Mrs. Mista did on the page.

Don't know what's happening. Lots of people sharing but pledging has come to a halt. Any suggestions?

Have some cookbooks laying around? auction item maybe?
I know your time is probably limited but you could do some classes and/or especially directed to catering. Maybe do a high ticket 3k plus catering gig as one of the options.

I have a few thoughts which I don't want to post in this manner as some are critical. If you would like me to I can send you a PM or email later this afternoon
