Default Last Weekends cook

I got this 14# packer @ costco (2nd to last left). Put it on around 11:30pm. Wrapped it in butcher paper around 7am and pulled it off for good around 2pm on Mon. Had to put in cooler since we weren't eating till around 5pm. It came out really well, had great reviews from all who enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I'll be out of town this weekend so will have to live vicariously thru everyone else's cooks :) I cooked this on my new Assassin - soooo nice!
