Default Some soup, turkey and a brisket.

It's been a while since I posted some food pr0n and I found some stuff on the camera I thought I'd share. I'm pretty sure the soup was supposed to be a TD entry that never made it. I'm not even sure which one it was for.

The soup was a Michael Chiarello recipe.

Tuscan Olive Harvest Ribolita - It was one of the best soups I've ever made. I didn't have any black or Napa cabbage so I used green cabbage and collards.

Turkey was from Thanksgiving or Christmas I think and the brisket was a 10lber for Christmas dinner.



That tomato paste never made it in. That can was like 5yrs old and when I opened it, it was pretty iffy. I went with crushed tomatoes instead. Note: Home made ham stock rules!





I also smoked some cheddar, sharp American and some Mozzarella a few weeks prior.



A turkey and the Thanksgiving table, double smoked ham, mac n cheese, potato filling, roasted veggies.





A brisket with no sliced shots. It was like buttah though.
