Saw the winter squash and started to pass, saw Oldyote and knew it would be good.

Very fine looking and somewhat health too!

The Red Pepper puree was just that - I put them on my gasser until the outsides were black then put then in a paper bag to steam. After maybe 10 minutes I pulled them out, stripped off the outside skin and put them in the food processor.
