Default COMO Smoke and Fire - Awesome Turkey

I'm not really sure where to post this but I just tried a new BBQ joint here in Columbia, MO and the Turkey was among the best I've had. The Brisket was great too. COMO Smoke & Fire is doing it right.

It made me realize, maybe I try and fancy mine up too much when I do turkey on the UDS. They keep it simple, but the juiciness and flavor was right.

I also found out they use a Spicewine. Really nice looking smoker by the local boys! Big fan of supporting local.

***If this topic isn't QTalk appropriate, please feel free to move it. I apologize in advance if this is the case. I definitely like hearing what BBQ joints are worth checking out, so if there's a spot like this on the board, I'll check it out.
