I'm not really sure where to post this but I just tried a new BBQ joint here in Columbia, MO and the Turkey was among the best I've had. The Brisket was great too. COMO Smoke & Fire is doing it right.
It made me realize, maybe I try and fancy mine up too much when I do turkey on the UDS. They keep it simple, but the juiciness and flavor was right.
I also found out they use a Spicewine. Really nice looking smoker by the local boys! Big fan of supporting local.
