You must set Parameter of Udc, otherwise you will burn fan.
1.Press "AT/M" to manual mode
2.press "-" to let fan stop running.
3.press "SET" and hold till appearing "P"
4.Press "SET" a few times till appearing "Udc"
5.Press "AT/M"
6.Press "+" till fan runs slowly
7.press "SET" and hold till normal display
8.well done

Thanks, I just set mine. Fan now blows at a moderate speed rather than full blast
