Great looking wings. My favorite wing sauce is the honey siracha. I make it all different ways. Never tried it with hoisin sauce. Have to try it next time.

actually, it's a fruit.

mix in some tri-tip and ya got a salad!

love the yardbird and HDD combo. good call. and they look perfectly cooked.
