I see these at Wallyworld, BUT I see no grade on the wrapper...I even asked the person(obviously just a worker) stocking the meat, and no clue??....I just want to know what to look for...As far as prime/choice AND date(I'm told you can see when it was wrapped/butchered?).....Any help??

I usually look on the back of the packaging (opposite the label) it's usually on there. If not then I don't know.

We get choice here at WW for 2.58. Just started carrying them about two months ago. Still no tri-tip though. Have to order that from the butcher at 6.99.

Picked-up a Choice brisket from WM today for $1.98lb., going to let it rest in the fridge for a few days then off to the UDS for some smokey goodness.
