Default Late night ribs on the UDS

So I got a late start, life happens right!

The drum and kettle.

Sweet thin blue!

Three hours in!

Hopefully the ribs and the mac and cheese my wife made will be done at the same time!!

It's never too late in the day for BBQ. The food looks outstanding. Thanks for sharing.
