I'll be smoking some cornish hens for dinner Saturday and a spatchcock chicken to put into white chili - thanks to code3rrt's inspiration... http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...d.php?t=174768 - for munchin' during Sunday night football.

Sinigang na Baka. Sarap! Made some with corned beef a while back and thought I had invented a new taste sensation. Then found out it was a regular menu offering in one of our new favorite restos.

I'd be happy to taste test yours...
