Lamb Skewers.
Some nice Minced Lamb.
Blended with Onion, Garlic ,Pepper and Salt. Some Lamb backstrap, Olive oils, salt and Pepper, joined with some home made Maple Bacon. Make some flatbreads to carry it. Lets cook it all up. Served with the garlic Yoghurt sauce and salads. Please use this as my Official entry photo. thanks for looking
