Default Sunday morning 10-27

Sunday morning breakfast started like this...

http://instagram.com/p/f-jr1JxZIu/

Here we go.....
Got the weber going with apple wood for my bacon...

My lovely wife almost didn't want to be seen because she had no make up...
She is doing the rest of the grilling

Using our left over Pico de gallo for the eggs

Plated and ready to eat....

Thanks for looking
Tony and Maribel

Never had that touch of cilantro in my huevos Mexicana before. I'll give that a go for sure next time. Is that a homemade salsa on the plate? looks good.
