Default Lunch time! pRon

I have cooked a lot of things here because of the Brethren, but this was/is by far the best end result. I could eat this every day for lunch!

After reading several threads and references to his approach, I used his rub recipe for a baseline.

Like many, I gotta fool with things a little bit! Hope I can repeat it.
