1.65lb. Salmon Grilled on a buttered Ceder Plank seasoned with butter and lemon



On the Green Egg direct @400*



Pulled @ 134*



Should of pulled it @128* But it was still wonderful. Served with Green Beans and Rice

I grill a lot of salmon but I have never used the cedar plank

does it impart any flavor to the fish?
