Done up some Package Brown Gravy and poured into the pan and mixed with the Beef Broth n Drippings all over the Taters n Slices and Ah MAN!!! I just gained 5 lbs......

Looks great. Love the cavenders on the potatoes. I know these little guys catch a lot of heat, but I also know, when you get em working the way you want, they can put out some good food.

FYI for any MES owners -- with the aid of the fan and higher temp I burned 4 full trays of Pecan Chips and only ash left when before at 225 and no Fan I could only get 2 tray fills and there would be charred chips left -- this Chuckie had plenty of Smoke n Char just how I like it!
