Also I would label the ports as probe, power, and fan.

I would change the PV to Pit Temp, and SV to Set Temp.

It would make more sense to English users.

And set default temp to F for American users.

Send me your top of the line AC version with WIFI for free and I will use it on my XL Big Green Egg. I will then post reviews on a few sites I can on the quality of operation. I will run the report by you before posting for your approval.

I will also suggest alternative names for the device.

This test will run at least 3 cooks for comparison.

Will the plugs be the same on all three models. It would be nice if the probe, fan, and power supply were interchangeable. That way, if I burn out the probe on the Junior, I could use the one from the senior, etc.

I did suggest removing the "Golden" part and I'm a past customer still waiting for the wgrill so maybe a price break on this one?

Of course I will supply a video testimonial.
