Default Pig roast

A buddy of mine at work threw a pig roast yesterday and invited all the guys from work. Another work mate built the pig rotisserie that you see in these pix. Very cool setup...2.5 rpm on the pig. Thing came out wicked good!

if you click on any of these thumbnails you can see all the pictures from the day , but I'll just say this was a real fun time. The pig was delicious , we all had a few adult beverages and it was a nice weather day. They even let me mop the guest of honor!
