Default Porchetta Taco Pron

I wish i had more pictures of this, I didn't even get to eat one I made up the turn in box snacked on a couple of pieces while i was slicing and all the friends and family destroyed it when i was walking to the turn in table and when i got back it was gone.

I thought we would have placed better with this. We were in a backyard BBQ with roughly 63 teams placed somewhere in the middle, its called best dish catagory. Can't believe we lost to a stuffed cheese bacon burger but it must have been out of bounds to take out these tacos. Oh well its for a good cause the whole event raised $37,000 to help the homeless find homes.
