Sundays ribs + pics
cooked for about 5 hours using 2+2+1 method
at about 225-240 temp turned out good not excellent Picking up the ribs from my butcher (www.gregsqualitymeats.ca) On the Q with smokenator and apple wood chips using the paper clip trick to try and keep her tight first hour check after the 2nd hour foiled with butter + brown sugar and a splash of bud lite lime unfoiled after another 2 hours on the grill sauced for last hour letting rest ready to eat thanks for looking can't wait for my next smoke |
