Default Sundays ribs + pics

cooked for about 5 hours using 2+2+1 method
at about 225-240 temp
turned out good not excellent

Picking up the ribs from my butcher (www.gregsqualitymeats.ca)



On the Q with smokenator and apple wood chips using the paper clip trick to try and keep her tight





first hour check



after the 2nd hour foiled with butter + brown sugar and a splash of bud lite lime



unfoiled after another 2 hours on the grill



sauced for last hour



letting rest



ready to eat



thanks for looking

can't wait for my next smoke

Looking good. Probably tasting good as well. Love the paper clip trick! I'm going to use that next time I smoke on the OTG.
