I may have to try this sometime but I have never gone wrong with some good ole Fiesta Brisket Rub and the Fiesta Cajun seasonings. I've also heard great things about Texas BBQ Rub but never tried it so can't give input there. I saw some old rub surveys on here but they were several years old. Maybe time for another...

Hey Guys.....I got simplymarvelous Cherry Rub and their Spicy Apple. I LOVE THE CHERRY RUB! But I need advise on the Apple....its not what I expected as I really only taste spice and cinnamon no sweet apple flavor. How/what can I add to get a more dominate sweet apple flavor? Thanks

I use the sweet and spicy, peppered cow, cherry and the pecan rub!! Have tried countless other rubs and even made my own but I cant seem to find anything I like better than Simply Marvelous!

I was thinking that I had seen some, in Bass Pro Shop in Hampton, Va., but reading this thread I started doubting my memory. Hahaha.

Ya just inspired me. Got the Simply Marvelous sampler that has 13oz bottles of each rub.

Am only 2 months into smoking stuff and seem to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out ways to concoct rubs instead of getting my meat handling techniques down first. So will defer rubs to Simply Marvelous and others....
