My advice..Don't get rid of the offset especially if it is your first smokin' rig.

I got rid of my offset to make room for my Pit Barrel and UDS and regret it. I had it for a few years and cooked a ton of great meals on it. Yeah it was a piece of junk $50 Char-broil special bought off of CL but you will never have that "1st smoker" bond with any other cooker. Wait, maybe that's getting too

Add to the family, don't kick kids out!
