Default Taking Pulled Pork to a Pot Luck Neighborhood Party

I typically hate to lose control of the sides when I cook for a party, but the neighbors really nailed it this time. I smoked a couple of butts on the drum pit for 30 people. Here is a plate from the party.

Thanks Jeanie. I was surprised at how well the sides worked with the pork.

Regular beets with goat cheese. It was more like flat bread than pizza. It really worked.

I will ask more about just how they did it.
