40 day aged prime brisket inject and a light coat of sometin sometin resting until tomorrow. Going on the Jambo at 10:00 at 2:75 will be eating around five Attachment 84458

Very nice indeed. I'd have removed a little more of that silver-skin, but I am just nitt-pickin now. I bet it is going to be fantabulous.

I know plenty of people in Murrieta, I have them out in full force looking for the signs of blue smoke. We will be over for dinner!!!! Looks great.
