Looking good. Do you notice any off flavors with the minion method? Nice 7.3 as well.

We didn't notice any off flavor at all and I was concerned about that but we were good to go. Thanks, I love my truck!

Nice!

Love my 22.5" WSM and just this past weekend I did a 12 lb brisket on my brother's new 18.5" and man did it run rock solid all day. Can't go wrong with a Weber.

I tried a cook one time using a similar smoker and it tasted like creosote. I think it had something to do with my dampers being partially shut and maybe putting the meat on too soon as well. Been scared to try the minion method ever since.
