Default My first time rollin some fatties..

I think I skipped a step or two but the UDS is heating up and fatties are rolled. Bacon wrapped with some old folks sausage and I threw in a johnsonville jalepeno cheddar brat in the middle(just because they were left over.) Dusted some famous daves rib rub.

Managed to snag a pic..it was good, but hardly what I expected. That's the great thing with these, can always try new ingredients. Now back to trying to work with this hangover.

Interesting roll you did there. Mixed the bacon INTO the fatty instead of just around it. I like that. Brat idea was good too.

I actually rolled that one like that and rolled the other with the sausage first then wrapped the bacon around it. It all tastes the same! But the one pictured held on to the bacon a lot better
