Default Country Style Ribs

Got a big family pack of country style ribs on the Big Steel Keg. 9+#'s are seasoned and cooking around 225 degrees.

Cooking country style ribs tonight for the 4th. Hope you post your details and results before I cook so I can see 'em. First time with these, but I think I'm going hot and fast with time restraints.

Sorry folks just a busy busy day here.
I rubbed the CSR's with our own members rub. Simply Marvelous Sweet Seduction rub.

250 degrees on my BSK with lump and some chunks of peach wood for a mild smoke flavor. They went on at 12:30 pm and are now around 200 degrees.
