Default Anyone ever cook burgers on FEC-100?

Any of my fellow FEC-100 users ever try cooking burgers on the bottom shelf at say around *326 or so?

If so, how did they turn out or not turn out?

I did.
"Smoked Burgers" were not a hit.
And that is an understatement

You probably need FrogMats or expanded metal or something to keep them from falling through the grates.

You could always cook them in the FEC until they are almost done and then sear on a hot grill.
