Default Spare Time w/pron

It has been a busy few weeks with little opportunity to BBQ. I started the UDS five minutes after it stopped raining. I have some spare ribs, my first spatchcocked chicken and a dozen ABTs to go on with a mix of pecan and apple chunks with Royal Oak lump.

ABTs with cheddar and cream cheese.

Two versions of ribs: SM Cherry with Sweet Baby Rays and SM Sweet and Spicy with a mix of Blues Hog Original and Frank's Hot Sauce.

Chicken with McCormics apple rub.

I was only in charge of the protein, sides included fresh peas, salad and baked beans.

The best little gardener in Illinois with his bounty of fresh peas!

Murray...they were slightly over 3" jalapeños. Very tasty, just a bit of a bite!
