Default Weber Seville Cart color help

I am close to sandblasting my Weber Seville. How do I need to prep it before having it powder coated?
I have a friend who sprays car paint every day, should I do that instead?

What colors were available? or should I just do a candy apple red over a gray primer?

Any help would be great

If it was my Seville, and it was originally white, I'd go with white.
Can't help with pre-powder coating info.
And yes, I think sandblasting would have a seriously negative impact on the rubber tires.
