I received this wonderful Performer Platinum from my wife and son today. I completed a cook of five lbs. of rib eyes, but got too busy for pron. The OTG goes to the BIL.

I was busy prepping these butts to put on the UDS as I decided to make them for tacos (southwest rub) and pulled pork sammies (SM spicy apple) For the week. Unfortunately, I didn't get them on until 3:30, so I may be up for a while.
The biggest one is at 171 after 5.5 hours around 280*.

Great looking gift, you should get years of enjoyment out of her. Makes me want to upgrade, so sick of all the ashes that keep blowing around the deck from the pan.
