We think alike sir, because sausage and peppers is one of my faves too, as is using my old Griswold on the grill! Looks great man.

Pompeian extra virgin olive oil is my favorite as well. I've sampled MANY more expensive brands, all of which had a metallic aftertaste that Pompeian does not. Pompeian for life for me! :)
