Default Hot Fatty with Big Thighs!

It is the nicest day of the year. Clear blue sky and 81* with a slight breese. Life is good, working outdoors and tending the mini-wsm.

I put together a fatty with hot sausage, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, black olives and Smokin Guns Sweet Heat.

The thighs have Plowboys Yardbird and I plan to sauce with 50/50 Blues Hog Original & Tennessee Red.

Looks good. And by tending to your mini, you mean working on your yard till you ET-732 says your chicken is done huh :p
