Default A BPS "Money" Brisket

This was my first taste of BP's "Money" rub. I loved it! Thanks again BP!

Seasoned and into the drum with a kiss of mesquite...

When almost ready to pull the brisket I browned some bacon, sautéed onions, green chilies, garlic and tomatoes in the bacon drippings. Then added cooked pintos, seasoned with salt pepper and cayenne and placed the skillet in the drum to catch some smoke too.

The drum stayed at 275F for the whole cook. I didn't take the IT of the brisket, just pulled it when it was probe tender.
Then let it set while getting other things ready.

Had to have a taste!

Drizzled the sammich with some Billy Sims Boot Kickin sauce...

I really like the BPS "Money" rub. Hope to give it a try on some other things soon.

Thanks for looking!

Thanks Bob! It does seem like it's been awhile since I cooked one. The leftovers last me a long time.

Looks legit. I tried money on a brisket... unfortunately I left it at my parents house... when ever I get it back, I wanna try it on a pork butt.

Looks great. We are big fans of BPS Money Rub here. I could eat the stuff right out of the bottle for a snack.
