If we can get ground lamb at the Kroger here I'm sure there's a grocer in Riverside that has it.

Oh, also, 50/50 lamb and chuck makes an AWESOME burger.

Guerry, thanks a million for your advice, amigo! I yearn to try that. I do have ground chuck on hand. I also have many grocers in my area, but have yet to find the ground lamb. I have maybe a couple more stores I can check. Perhaps I can ask my butcher friends to order some for me.
