Default Pulled Pork Sandwich for friends and Family contest

Thinking of making a pulled pork Sand. with Bacon, fried egg and melted cheddar on it for a contest. Has anyone ever tried? Will be testing in the next few weeks. Suggestions on roll, sauce etc???? Also open to any other Sandwich suggestions. THANKS

English muffin would be kinda fun. Make sure the cheese is smoked too.

that sounds good. I think you should keep it simple as far as the bun, cwb( cheap white buns).

normally I would agree with a cwb

but for this, I would want something sturdy, I dont think a cwb would hold up very well.

I made one kind of like that on an English muffin....pulled pork, slice of fatty filled with sun dried tomatoes, peppers, and spinach...then a fried egg, Kraft single cheese, and a little drizzle of Tennessee red. It was phenominal.

Toasted ciabatta roll. This is for a competition, and appearance counts (plus they're delicious).
