Or you could try no sauce at all. If the ribs are cooked right, sauce is an afterthought, not a necessity.

On sugar in ketchup, around here, there are two versions of every major brand. One is regular (HFCS), and the other version is "natural" or "simply". Meaning they use sugar. Heinz, Hunts, and even HEB make HFCS free versions of their regular versions.

I just picked up some Weber "Buzz'n Honey"... don't know if this is a new line of sauces from Weber (I've never used Weber sauces before). It caught my eye (not only b/c it was on sale) because it is both gluten free and contains no HFCS. It's pretty darn tasty...

Got my hands on some Bone suckin sauce and it is good. Very sweet and spicy. My only complaint is that it is very runny, but they also sell the original flavour in a thicker consistancy.

I can get Williamson Brothers sauce at Whole Foods? I really like their sauce, ever since I got some from Redheart.

Haven't been able to buy Brooks tangy ketchup in the South for many years. Of course it has HFCS too but at least it's tasty. Can't buy Spice It Up ketchup locally anymore either. They don't mention ingredients so it probably has HFCS. While trying to find the ingredients for Spice It Up I ran across an add for Melinda's Ketchup (which I'd never heard of b4) that says no HFCS but it would be expensive mail-order only 'round here. Looks like SOL around Arkansas.

Melinda's makes good products, but, they are expensive, even not mail ordered. However, always seem to be very high quality
