We just got our ABS Judge (actually it was a custom trailer with a Judge and Bar-Be-Cube).

We haven't fired it up yet but man does this thing look well built. Judge has a huge capacity and the Bar-Be-Cube is built like a BBQ tank.

Rotisserie, is the best way to cook, self basting (center rotation) or using another's juice to baste...but just the unifomity of the heat patterns...and BBQ Bubba those are some nice wide racks you have there!! Is that a 1,200?
