Question Turkey breast IT when done?

Turkey breast cooking temps.
I have a turkey breast on the weber kettle, the info I have found for cooking temp (IT) is 165-170, just sounded a little high.

Input please?

160 for white poultry meat. Some people will remove from cooker at 155, then rest loosely tented under foil for 30 min. During the rest, carryover temps will take it into the low 160s.

Dark meat is completely different, I like to take it to the high 170s or more to render the fat.

Turkey breasts and chicken boobs get smoked to 155 MAX. Gives you a moist product.

When i smoke a turkey i go by the wiggle . Just the butt the legs will move freely . But i also thake the temp at 155
