I have read that each drum runs differently, the advice given above is spot on. Good luck!

well its still running. having a hard time maintaining a steady temp but i will learn. running at a steady 300 for 9 hours. just closed the vavle alittle more before bed. 2 caps on dropped it to 160. look for update in morning

it is true each pit runs just alittle bit different. you will get the hang out it, and once you do you will love it. Nice build
